After almost four years in the role, Kenny Mitchell is departing as Snap’s chief marketing offer “to pursue another opportunity,” the company announced. The Snapchat parent is promoting Colleen DeCourcy to lead marketing at Snap, after she has served as chief creative officer since February 2022.

While Julien's Auctions makes no mention of Jackson in its press release, Darren Julien reveals that many of the items and various furnishings within the residence are indeed connected to the music icon.

Julien tells E! News that the price for bed will start around $3,000-5,000, but that "we let the market dictate its final price."

Judge Grants Default Judgment to Shut Down PubFilm
A New York federal judge has granted a default judgment against PubFilm, ruling that its string of websites infringed on studio copyrights and trademarks by illegally offering movies and TV shows for download.
Judge Victor Marrero awarded the studios damages of $19.8 million, plus attorneys fees, but the defendants never answered the complaint or appeared in the litigation in “any manner.” The sites already had been disrupted after he ordered domain name registrars and hosting providers to curtail services.
