Keyshia Cole just dodged a bullet ... she will NOT be prosecuted for attacking a woman inside Birdman's L.A. condo ... but she may still get an anger check.
Sources in the L.A. City Attorney's Office tell TMZ ... they will not prosecute Cole after she went to Birdman's crib in the middle of the night last month, allegedly spotting a woman inside and going nuts on her.

Merseyside Police release footage of fatal Wirral lorry crash
A Chester lorry driver who cased a multiple car pile up on Wirral's M53 has been jailed for 2 and a half years.
Dad of 3 Mark Done, 51, was crashed to death after a Volvo lorry crashed in to him on the southbound side of the M53 near Junction 4 for Bebington, despite signs showing to reduce speeds.
Mr Done’s wife Diane, who was also in the car is still undergoing treatment for her injuries.
Senate passes stopgap spending bill, avoiding the threat of a shutdown
The Senate voted overwhelmingly to approve a stopgap spending bill ahead of a Friday deadline. The final vote was 87-11.
The House-passed bill now heads to President Biden for his signature.
The unusual legislation funds four federal agencies until Jan. 19, 2024 and the rest until Feb 2, 2024. The goal is to give Congress more time to negotiate long-term spending bills. If that doesn't happen an across the board spending cut of 1 percent hits all agencies in April.
