Join the Heart Angels for family fun at Bath Cats and Dogs Home Open Day taking place on Bank Holiday Monday 25th August 2014. From 11am until 4pm you can expect an action packed day of family fun and entertainment including:
- Fun Dog Show: Including Prettiest Eyes category judged by Heart
- Market stalls - from jewellery to fine works of art
- A free kids' zone with inflatables, face-painting and Creation Station
- Pumped and The Showgirl Academy dance troupes
- Magician, kids games and inflatables
- Dog Agility demonstrations
- Behavioural experts
- Food, Drinks and refreshments.
- Free parking at the University.
Well behaved dogs are always welcome as long as they keep their owners close by on a lead.
It costs Bath Cats & Dogs Home over £3,500 a day just to keep the Home running and they are totally reliant upon fundraising events such as the Open Day to secure the huge £1.2m required every year to provide a safe home for the hundreds of animals that come through our doors.
